Hi everyone,
The course is launched (see here)!
So, what’s next?
Well, I’ve decided to double down on the newsletter and writing in 2023.
I’ve missed writing newsletters and providing snippets of practical information.
However, I’ve noticed the overwhelming amount of content on SEO right now. So, instead of doubling down on “essays” I want to help you digest and apply practical information.
This means that every week I’m going to be delivering two newsletters per week:
✍️ A 10 min essay to help you level up how you work with tech teams.
✉️ 3-2-1 Monday newsletter which has 3 quick ideas to start your week.
When will writing start back up?
I’ve already scheduled the first newsletter from Monday 17th April (taking a bit of break before it all starts), so watch out for the first edition.
See more information below about 3-2-1 Mondays and essays.
✉️ 3-2-1 Mondays
Every Monday morning to start you week I send you an email with:
💡 3 short ideas about working with devs and product teams.
📰 Two articles to explore to help be more effective with product and dev teams.
❓ One question for you to think about this week while working.
The goal of this newsletter is to help you learn how to better work with product and development teams. I know not everyone has the time to read long essays.
So, I’ve designed this email so any SEO can quickly digest it in 2 mins and have practical ideas to start your week.
✍️ Essays
The 10 minute essays are going to dive deeper into one topic which can help SEOs work more effectively with development and product teams.
The future newsletters include:
How to build trust between devs and SEOs
What is an SEO Product Manager?
How SEOs can debug strategies
How to ruthlessly prioritize project?
Is a website a product?
And much, much, much more!
I’m going to be covering quite a lot this year, so I hope you’re all ready and holding onto your butts.
Examples of popular essays from last year:
That’s it!
Thanks,
Adam
Think like an SEO Product Manager Course
A reminder that I launched a course called “Think like an SEO Product Manager” recently.
The course is designed to help SEOs:
Gain more confidence working with devs.
Get buy-in from product and dev teams.
Develop skills to advance your career.
Learn to think like a Product Manager.
Understand how tech teams work.
The course focuses on helping SEO professionals learn these core product skills, frameworks and mental models which can help them become more effective at working with product and development teams.
"Adam has a lot of experience in this area, and it shows in this incredibly useful course. Theories and processes are explained in a clear way that also makes them very practical, and we immediately put them into practice internally. As a result, we're having much better conversations with our dev team, planning our work in a much more robust way and, most importantly, getting a lot more done! "
